Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to shop with complete confidence. Fragrance Haven offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. We understand you need to sample the fragrance, so lightly tested items (sampled 2–3 times) are fully eligible for a return. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of heavy use or are significantly emptied.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Request Your Return: Email us at info@fragrancehaven.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label at no extra charge. Returns are 100% cost-free to our customers.
- Mail Your Package: Print the prepaid label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any Post Office, USPS collection box, or your home mailbox.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again, as it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about their standard processing timelines.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please email us at info@fragrancehaven.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
We will then send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will ship out your new replacement package at no extra cost
